  • Practical information
    Please arrive at reception at least 30 minutes before your reservation time. Each “Dinner in the Sky” climb lasts around 1h30 for meals and 40 minutes for discoveries/tastings. Depending on the formula chosen, additional events can be added to our Lounge Area. The Chefs who participate in “Dinner in the Sky” always prepare surprise menus adapted to each climb. The Chef can help you discover his cuisine, his specialties and his philosophy as best as possible. " Dinner in the Sky" cannot guarantee you 100% that the Chef who was planned at the time of your reservation is the one who will be present on the big day. There may be unforeseen circumstances. However "Dinner in the Sky" will do everything to find a replacement of the same category. If you are subject to food allergies or subject to a special diet, the menu can be adapted provided you mention this in your reservation. A locker is available to leave your bag/briefcase/briefcase there for the duration of your activity/meal.
  • Ticket purchased online
    The ticket purchased online is not refundable. The ticket is exchangeable with the following penalties: -More than 15 days before the date: 20% compensation -Between 15 days and 7 days before the date: 40% compensation -Less than 7 days before the date: 60% compensation The balance will be deducted from your next purchase. Although the buyer's name is indicated on the ticket, we accept that the buyer gives or resells the ticket to someone they know. We will verify the authenticity of the ticket via the unique barcode printed on it. The first person to appear with a valid ticket is deemed to be the legitimate buyer. If you think you have lost your ticket and/or someone might have made a copy, tell us in advance. In this case, we will cancel the ticket and send you another one. If 5 minutes before the basket is raised, the buyer has not arrived, the organization reserves the right to offer the place to a person of its choice.
  • Accessibility.
    People under 18 must always be accompanied. “Dinner in the Sky” can, for safety reasons, only be accessible to people over 1.50m tall. “Dinner in the Sky” is accessible to most people with reduced mobility and people with mild disabilities. Please bring your ticket/reservation as well as an identity document."Dinner in the Sky" always reserves the right to refuse person(s) on board the basket for safety and/or behavioral reasons.
  • Weather conditions
    The “Dinner in the Sky” pod is operational in the event of rain because it is covered by a large roof. In addition, individual heaters are provided above each seat. In case of wind, the nacelle can be mounted on a 10 meter floor in order to reduce the inconvenience of gusts of wind. In the event of extreme weather conditions (strong winds, heavy rain, etc.), for safety reasons, the “Dinner in the Sky” activity must be suspended.
  • Bathroom !
    Toilets are provided next to our Lounge Area. Remember to stop by before getting into the basket! It is very difficult to lower the carrycot for express trips to the toilet.
  • Predictable
    The organization asks each participant to wear appropriate clothing. We also advise you to adapt your outfit to the weather conditions, taking into account that the wind is always a little stronger at 30m height. We also advise you to bring your Smartphones and cameras to immortalize these exceptional moments.
