Each "Dinner in the Sky" session lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for meals and 40 minutes for tastings/discoveries.

Depending on the chosen package, additional events may be added in our Lounge Area.

A cloakroom is available for you to leave your bag/briefcase/document holder during your activity/meal.

The chefs participating in "Dinner in the Sky" always prepare surprise menus tailored to each session. This way, the chef can best showcase their cuisine, specialties, and philosophy.

The menu will only be revealed at the time of your meal during Dinner in the Sky.

"Dinner in the Sky" cannot guarantee 100% that the chef scheduled at the time of your booking will be the one present on the day of the event. Unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, "Dinner in the Sky" will do everything possible to find a replacement of the same caliber.

Tickets purchased online are non-refundable.

Subject to availability, the ticket can be exchanged free of charge for the same edition.

From one edition to another, the ticket can be exchanged with the following penalties:

• More than 15 days before the date: 20% fee.
• Between 15 days and 7 days before the date: 40% fee.
• Less than 7 days before the date: 60% fee.

The remaining balance will be deducted from your next purchase.

Although the purchaser’s name is indicated on the ticket, we accept that the purchaser may give or resell the ticket to someone they know.

We will verify the authenticity of the ticket using the unique barcode printed on it.

The first person presenting a valid ticket is considered the legitimate purchaser.

If you believe you have lost your ticket and/or that someone may have made a copy of it, please let us know in advance. In this case, we will cancel the original ticket and send you a new one.

Ten minutes before the lift-off of the basket, if the purchaser has not arrived, we will call them to check their status. In the event of no-show or no response to the call, the organization reserves the right to offer the seat to another person of its choice, without any compensation to the purchaser.

The Dinner in the Sky platform consists of 8 tables of 4 people each. This ensures an intimate and personalized experience!

The Dinner in the Sky platform is covered by a roof that shelters all the tables. Additionally, heaters are provided at the tables in case the temperature drops.

In case of wind, the basket can be lifted in 10-meter increments to minimize the impact of gusts.

In case of extreme weather conditions (strong winds, heavy rain, etc.), for safety reasons, the "Dinner in the Sky" activity will have to be suspended.

For safety reasons, "Dinner in the Sky" is only accessible to persons taller than 1.10 meters (3 feet 7 inches).

Persons under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

"Dinner in the Sky" is accessible to most people with reduced mobility and those with mild disabilities.

"Dinner in the Sky" reserves the right to refuse boarding to any person(s) for safety reasons and/or due to inappropriate behavior.

There are toilets next to our Lounge area. Don't forget to stop by before getting into the gondola!

It's very difficult to lower the gondola for quick trips to the toilet.

The organisers ask all participants to dress appropriately.

We also advise you to adapt your clothing to the weather conditions, bearing in mind that the wind is always a little stronger at 40m.

We also advise you to bring your smartphones and cameras to capture these exceptional moments.

We recommend the St Esprit car park. You can access Dinner in the Sky directly via level - 4.
