General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By paying for and purchasing a ticket for “Dinner in the Sky,” the customer agrees to the following:
1. This ticket is only valid on the date and time indicated. Only tickets purchased through the official Dinner in the Sky Luxembourg reservation platforms (https://dinnerinthesky.lu and www.ticketstar.eu) are valid. 2. The event purchased by the customer is, by its very nature, an experience that involves certain inherent risks. By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks. The event consists of participating in a lunch, cocktail, or dinner that—weather permitting and provided there are no last-minute administrative restrictions (such as a European summit, demonstrations, security measures, etc.)—will take place around a table seating 32 guests, suspended dozens of meters in the air. If this is not possible, the event will take place on the ground but still on the platform with the Chef. If the dinner must take place on the ground, no refund will be granted. During the meal, guests will be securely strapped in and may not leave their seat for the duration of the meal (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes). Individuals with a fear of heights or who must move at intervals shorter than two hours will not be admitted on the platform..
3. Tickets may not be canceled by the customer. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in the case of loss or theft.
However, ticket exchanges are permitted with the following penalties:
- More than 15 days before the event: 20% penalty
- Between 15 and 7 days before the event: 40% penalty
- Less than 7 days before the event: 60% penalty
The remaining balance will be credited toward your next purchase.
In the event of cancellation of “Dinner in the Sky” on the scheduled date and time, Dinner in the Sky will offer a refund of the ticket. No additional expenses (transportation/flights/accommodation/restaurants) will be reimbursed. Upon cancellation or modification of the date, time, or location of the event for which you have booked, you agree that Dinner in the Sky may, as far as possible, use the contact information you provided during booking to inform you of the next steps..
4. Dinner in the Sky cannot be held responsible for any material or bodily injury to third parties. The same applies to any theft or loss that may occur before or during the event for which this ticket is issued..
5. Proper attire is required. Guests must follow Dinner in the Sky's instructions during boarding, the flight, and disembarkation..
6. ISmoking is strictly prohibited on board “Dinner in the Sky.” It is also forbidden to bring any food or drinks other than those served on board. All meals are surprise menus prepared and served by the Chefs.
7. For public events, all prices include VAT: Lunch – €325 / Cocktails – €175 / Dinner – €325
8. Dinner in the Sky cannot guarantee the location, date, or specific Chef of the event. Dinner in the Sky reserves the right to replace the Chef, change the date, or choose a different location in case of unavailability. If the date is changed, the customer may either accept the new date or request a refund. Dinner in the Sky also reserves the right to cancel a client’s reservation in case of overbooking or technical error on the booking platform. In such cases, Dinner in the Sky will refund the ticket. No other costs (transportation/flights/accommodation/restaurants) will be refunded..
9. The customer agrees to comply with the event’s participant rules, especially concerning inappropriate behavior, alcohol or drug abuse, and any specific event instructions. The customer may be held responsible for any damage or losses resulting from failure to comply with these rules.
10. The customer irrevocably agrees that image rights for any photos taken during the event are transferred to “Jay Management S.A.” or “Daenerys S.A.,” who may use them for any purpose. The same applies to the customer's personal data.
11. It is essential to arrive on time at the reception area to ensure your access to Dinner in the Sky. No refund will be issued in case of no-show or late arrival exceeding 15 minutes.
